I FOUNDED ROOT DENTAL BILLING IN 2023 WITH THE GOAL OF HELPING DENTAL PRACTICES SAVE TIME AND FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS MOST—BUILDING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR PATIENTS. MY JOURNEY IN DENTISTRY BEGAN IN 2016 AS A CHAIRSIDE DENTAL ASSISTANT. OVER TIME, I WAS CROSS-TRAINED IN FRONT OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING INSURANCE VERIFICATION, CLAIMS SUBMISSION, AND FOLLOWING UP ON UNPAID CLAIMS. ROOT DENTAL BILLING WAS BORN OUT OF A PASSION FOR SUPPORTING DENTAL TEAMS BEHIND THE SCENES. I UNDERSTAND THE DAILY CHALLENGES OF RUNNING A DENTAL OFFICE, AND I’M COMMITTED TO HELPING PRACTICES STREAMLINE THEIR OPERATIONS SO THEY CAN FOCUS ON DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CARE AND BUILDING LOYAL PATIENT BASES.
